Payments are processed securely via PayPal. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of fabric and custom-made items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at hello@glasscityquiltco.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.

We may be able to cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and original images, is the property of Glass City Quilt Company LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product images and materials provided by manufacturers are used with permission or under license and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
