Return & Refund Policy
At Glass City Quilt Company LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of fabric and custom-made items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Please note that colors can differ from screen to screen and all fabric images used are provided by the manufacturers. Any original images are edited to represent the truest likeness of the color and fabric, although it still may vary.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at hello@glasscityquiltco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to correct the problem.
3. Order Cancellations
We may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@glasscityquiltco.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made items and cut fabric are not eligible for return under any circumstances unless damaged or defective.
5. Digital Downloads
If you’ve purchased a downloadable PDF quilt pattern and are unable to find a download link in your email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folders. If you have an account on our website and were logged in during checkout, you can also access your pattern in your account dashboard. If you still cannot locate it, please email us at hello@glasscityquiltco.com.
If you have accidentally made a duplicate purchase of the same digital pattern, we can offer you a different pattern of equal value within 60 days of purchase. Please contact us with your order number, the email address used, and the name of the replacement pattern you’d like to receive.
Refunds are not provided on digital products as they cannot be returned. However, if you are dissatisfied with a pattern or have difficulty understanding the instructions, please contact us at hello@glasscityquiltco.com. We will do our best to assist you within 48 hours.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
